Heart Healthy and Easy Grape Smoothie!


In blender, mix together:

  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen seedless red grapes.

Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
